The Biological Science Imaging Resource (BSIR) are dedicated to making state of the art transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and confocal microscopy available to everyone without multimillion dollar investments in instruments and facilities. It offers affordable, state of the art, remote robotic TEM imaging using FEI’s Titan Krios™ operated by staff with decades of EM experience.
National High Magnetic Field Laboratory
The largest and highest-powered magnet lab in the world, the National MagLab hosts more than a thousand visiting scientists a year. Researchers use the facilities for free, advancing understanding of materials and new technology, energy, health, the environment, and even the universe.

Translational Science Laboratory
The Translational Science Laboratory provides the physical space, applied technologies, and PhD level staff to serve scientists at Florida State University and elsewhere in their scientific pursuits. TSL houses state-of-the-art proteomics, metabolomics, and genomics equipment. In addition, TSL staff provide experimental consultation, sample processing, data analysis, along with grant and manuscript assistance in these technologies.
