Rigaku (Osmic) Max-flux Confocal Optics


XRF has three Rigaku (formerly known as Osmic Max-flux) Confocal Multi-layer optics to monochromatize and focus the x-rays produced by the copper rotating anode generators. These optics were manufactured by Rigaku Americas and have been specifically made to suit the data being collected (Types: Blue, Purple and SAXS).
