3-D Electron Microscopy

I have been working in the lab since April of 2006. Some of my work focuses around maintaining laboratory functions, teaching some lab techniques to students, etc. Work has also begun on tubule purification and hopeful visualization. I have collected data sets of tilt series from sonic muscle fibers, aligned them, and am currently trying to pick regions of interest so we can further analyze them. I have also worked with platinum replicas, microvilli, fibrin, tubules, insect flight muscle, and Pac1. Some of what I do is verify the feasibility of a project before handing it off to a student. And finally I am keeping up this website along with another software site.
