XRF: Rigaku RU-H3R Generator

rigaku-ruh3r

XRF has one each of  Rigaku RU-H3R and RU-H2R rotating anode generators with copper (Cu) targets. These generators manufactured by Rigaku of Japan are versatile that produce 1.541 Å x-rays with a power loading of 3 to 12 kW.

XRF: Rigaku R-Axis IV ++ IP Detector

R-Axis IV++ detector

XRF has one Rigaku R-Axis IV++ Image Plate (IP) detector for collecting x-ray diffraction data of macromolecular single crystals using the copper rotating anode generator and an Osmic confocal mirror system. This IP was manufactured by Rigaku of Japan.
